Refund requests are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, under the terms that apply to your purchase and any consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

How to ask

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Request a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt email, at paddle.net, or by writing to adnan@kabbani.dev with your order number.

What happens next

Paddle returns the money to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. When a refund is approved, the licence key for that order stops working on all PCs.
